Award winning Ethiopian restaurateur Tutu Melaku is looking for help to expand her thriving business.
The founder and owner of Tutu’s Ethiopian Table currently serves up authentic dishes from her home country at the Global Café, at RISC, in London Street, Katesgrove.
But the 43-year-old is now looking for another venue to host her cooking or to open up her own restaurant.
Ms Melaku said: “RISC is a good place to work and I’m going to keep it as it is at the moment but it would be great if I could find somewhere else in Reading to use their kitchen or, if somebody wants to invest, it would be fantastic to open my own restaurant.”
