CAIRO: Members of the Egyptian popular delegation that visited Ethiopia this week hailed the "successful" outcome of the visit and the warm reception by the Ethiopian people and officials. Ethiopian water minister says that his country neither informed Egypt about its plans to construct Nile Dam nor discussed the issue with that country despite fears that the issue could spark a war between both. Mubarak said he was surprised when Ethiopia made the accusation Tuesday because he thought the two countries enjoyed a good relationship, the BBC reported.
